If I were a vampire...

Since everyone seems to have disappeared, I believe someone needs to start a new thread to bring this forum back to life.

SO...

Finish this sentence, however long it takes you, in any sort of detail...

If I were a vampire...

...I would be very unhappy. I would freak and mope for several months (if not years) before shrugging it off and try to survive in my new life. (I refuse to sleep in a coffin.) Things I'd miss: pizza, ice cream, sunlight, and the option of having children one day.

If I were a vampire I would enjoy my long life and spend the time finding someone to spend my long life with (of course it wouldn't hurt if it was a highlander). Wink I think I would also keep learning new things.

I couldn't be a vampire.  Who would take care of my children?  I would hate seeing them grow old while I remained the same.

I think that's what she's talking about.  She's got kids already.  And she does have a point.  A parent should never outlive their child by any method.

I guess the first thing I'd do is become a matchmaker and find a nice vamp boy for my daughter, so I wouldn't have to see her outlive me!
Yes, the travel opportunities would be wonderful. Going anywhere in the world instantly! As long as you knew where the sun was at all times, of course. As long as you were heading east all the time, you could conceivably never see sunrise!

You mean always going west?  The sun rises in the east (Hence Japan's "rising sun" flag).  But a problem with always moving in the same night would be you never reach a different day.  It'll kinda mess with your mind since you'll always be in the same day yet the whole world around you would continue moving as if the world's spinning just fine.

.....  Shocked  I just spent 8 hrs reading about time and space and the continuum of it all within the theory of the multiverse, chaos theory, and grandfather paradoxes... not to mention a crash course in Stephen Hawking's research.
